The idea of creating BioBrot bakery is simple and complex at the same time. We wanted to make high-quality, healthy and tasty bread. Bread that makes you happy.
Bread that will like both adults and children. Bread, which tasted once, you will certainly want again. Obsessed with this desire, the BioBrot team has begun its long and difficult path. Finding the right grain and high-quality ingredients, studying the tastes and expectations of the consumer, carefully selecting traditional recipes and exploring them, finding and training Russian bakers to work with a wood fired oven – all this is a small part of what we had to decide at the beginning, what's included our concerns to this day.
BioBrot is constantly evolving and improving, absorbing new trends and penetrating deep into centuries-old traditions. Every new day is a new experience. Every bread in our bakery is unique.
